Time-Correlated Fading Channels for Minimization of Energy Consumption in Wireless Networked Control Systems

Wireless communication plays a crucial role in communication arena. Wireless communication is the transmission of information between points without the use of physical connections such as wires, cables, or any tangible media. The project aims to minimize energy use. Initially, we need to simulate the communication channel as a time-correlated Nakagami-m fading channel. Through the probability interruption scenario, we have obtained a closed-form equation for transmitting power that optimizes the energy consumption per bit in the wireless networked control systems (WNCSs). We must demonstrate that there is a direct relationship between energy usage and correlation. The stability of the system is directly influenced by the frequency of consecutive outage events. In order to ensure system stability, it is necessary to increase the transmit power, as this will result in a higher chance of outage and a stronger time-correlation.
