Furthermore, the paper examines case studies and applications of WSNs in agricultural monitoring, highlighting their effectiveness in optimising resource usage, enhancing crop yield, and mitigating environmental impact. Through a comprehensive analysis, this review aims to provide insights into the advancements, limitations, and future directions of environmental monitoring in agriculture using WSNs.
