This article presents the results of our work on generic model of the onboarding process implemented with the active participation of an intelligent digital assistant. We start with a conceptual model, then discuss a list of common use cases and provide a more detailed outline of the question answering process. In addition, the knowledge graph for the Web3 domain is presented as an example of a formalized knowledge representation for a specific domain.
