Self-regulated Learning
摘要
Self-regulated learning (SRL) is a process in which learners take control of their own learning, managing their own cognitive, motivational, and behavioral processes to achieve academic success. It is an approach that has gained considerable attention in educational psychology because of its profound implications for improving academic performance and lifelong learning skills. Self-regulated learning also refers to the process by which learners set goals for their learning, monitor their progress, and regulate their cognitive, motivational, and behavioral strategies to achieve these goals.
