A rapid head enlargement accompanied by symptoms of increased intracranial pressure indicates early therapeutic intervention based on a definitive diagnosis by imaging diagnosis at a specialized medical institution. Even in infants with cranial deformity, progressive craniofacial bone deformation in the course of follow-up demands early treatment (surgical/orthotic) or intervention based on definitive diagnosis by images in cases with enlargement of the head circumference.
