On the one hand, this chapter describes the processes of relocation and the extreme poverty it causes. On the other hand, it revisits the processes of creating associations and businesses. Yet most of all, this paper reflects the voices of people—the members of Igting. Ma-Igting na Samahan ng Panlipunang Negosyante ng Towerville (Igting, United Association of Community Entrepreneurs of Towerville) is a group of mothers who, beginning in 2011, have put efforts for the growth of their association and businesses. While Igting has become a stable organization with a growing enterprise, the process of achieving has not been easy; the path to it is not always straightforward.
