This investigation explores the cutting-edge deployment of digital human technology in showcasing ethnic costumes. By leveraging the capabilities of the Metahuman digital human development platform alongside Unreal Engine’s advanced rendering technology, a sophisticated ethnic attire exhibition system was conceived and executed. The findings underscore the efficacy of digital human technology in enhancing visual aesthetics and achieving a high degree of realism. Nonetheless, the application process encounters obstacles, notably in refining the nuances of virtual fitting. Future avenues for exploration aim at improving the accuracy of virtual fittings, fostering social interaction, and encouraging collaborative efforts. In essence, this study establishes a foundational framework for the seamless fusion of digital human technology with traditional ethnic attire, illuminating its promising potential and vast opportunities in the realm of ethnic fashion.
