Conclusion

This book is an attempt to engage with current and past studies about nature and technology, in a deep and critical way, through the language, images, and power of food in the context of the Anthropocene. Throughout my inquiry into CM, I have explored the structure and formation of various narratives, focusing on their sociological significance (Arnold, 2018). I have examined different uses and interpretations of concepts such as life, living processes, living matter, bio-objects, forms of vitality, and livelihoods. These concepts were discussed in the context of interactions between humans and non-humans, the crisis of capitalism, and the Anthropocene.
