In the telecommunications sector, the Broadband Forum (BBF) views Wi-Fi as an extension of broadband access, defining specifications focused on effectively managing Wi-Fi within home networks. The Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA), with participation from numerous renowned operators and manufacturers, actively engages in discussions on market demands and commercial advancements in Wi-Fi.
