Distal Acquired Demyelinating Symmetric (DADS) Neuropathy
摘要
Distal acquired demyelinating symmetric (DADS) neuropathy patients present with distal symmetrical sensory ataxic neuropathy similar to idiopathic peripheral polyneuropathy. Electrophysiology differentiates it by having predominantly motor demyelination. Two-thirds of cases are associated with IgM paraprotein or anti-MAG antibody. The condition is usually treatment refractory.
