Miller Fisher Syndrome (MFS)
摘要
Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS) is characterized by ataxia, areflexia, and ophthalmoplegia. It is mostly an acute, self-limiting condition. Bickerstaff encephalitis is a variant of MFS with CNS involvement. MFS can be associated with infectious, autoimmune, and neoplastic disorders. Anti-GQ1b IgG antibody titer is commonly elevated in MFS. There is anecdotal evidence of the benefits of immunotherapy.
