Neuropathies Secondary to Systemic Diseases

A wide variety of systemic diseases result in neuropathy. These are metabolic, toxic, deficiency states, and immunological disorders. The type of neuropathy differs according to the systemic conditions, and this can be utilized in the diagnostic process, particularly when neuropathy is the presenting or dominant feature. Clinically directed investigations and therapy can alleviate neuropathy.
