Lumbosacral Plexopathy
摘要
The lumbosacral plexus can be affected by trauma, infiltration, inflammation, or compression. Patients develop sensorimotor deficits in the distal and proximal segments of the lower limbs. Electrophysiology helps to differentiate radiculopathies from plexopathies, and MRI neurography can delineate these proximal areas. Therapy is guided by the etiology of plexopathy.
