摘要

Chronic immune polyradiculopathies are uncommon and represent isolated involvements of the proximal roots. Depending upon which roots are affected, they are grouped as chronic immune sensory polyradiculopathy (CISP), CISP plus, chronic immune motor polyradiculopathy (CIMP), and chronic immune sensorimotor polyradiculopathy (CISMP). These can be diagnostically challenging as peripheral conduction parameters remain normal for a long time, and spinal cord MRI imaging is normal. MRI neurography is the investigation of choice, and albuminocytological dissociation can be seen in the cerebrospinal fluid. The majority of patients respond to immunotherapy.
