The advent of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in the medical industry has given rise to the concept of the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), leading to the development of intelligent and interconnected cyber-physical systems in healthcare. The integration of the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) in Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) is revolutionizing healthcare by enabling advanced monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment solutions. IoMT devices, such as wearable sensors, medical implants, and smart healthcare equipment, collect real-time data and communicate with CPS platforms to provide personalized and proactive healthcare services. This has significantly improved healthcare access for remote communities through telemedicine and virtual consultations, while also encouraging patient engagement.
