Sport Leadership
摘要
Leadership is an important behavioural characteristic that encourages the use of sport entrepreneurship. This chapter focuses on how to define sport leadership by focusing on new conceptualisations of the topic. Different types of leadership including entrepreneurial, sustainability, transformational, interim, charismatic, authentic and servant are discussed. This helps to provide a way to understand various societal views about the important of leadership in sport activities.
