Research on Multi-objective Optimization of China–Europe Liner Shipping Speed Based on Different Carbon Policies
摘要
Ship speed optimization is an important measure to reduce carbon emissions in the shipping industry at present. Based on the different combination of carbon tax and carbon emissions trading policies with EU carbon quota policies, we have studied the multi-objective optimization of China–Europe liner speed, and selected the China–Europe liner route from Shanghai to Wilhelmshaven as an example to verify it. The results show that both EU carbon quota system and carbon tax and carbon emission trading policy will increase the cost burden of liner companies. Compared with carbon trading policy, liner companies have higher carbon emissions and carbon emission costs under the background of carbon tax policy.
