Study on the Effect of Temperature and SO42− Ion Concentration in Simulated Produced Water on SRB Growth
摘要
The microorganisms related to corrosion in Marine environment mainly include bacteria, fungi and algae, especially bacteria. Corrosive bacteria are further divided into aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, with the former primarily consisting of iron-metabolizing zingbacteria (IOB) and the latter primarily referring to sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB). SRB and IOB are common in Marine environment, and the metal corrosion caused by SRB is typical, and SRB is one of the most corrosive key microbial species. In this paper, the effects of different temperature and sulfate ion concentration on SRB growth were studied, which provided a basis for the research and selection of SRB on-line monitoring sensors.
