Repair Technique for Corrosion Defect of In-Place Offshore Riser

In the early design of offshore riser, annular space was formed between the offshore riser and the protection pipe, which led to increased corrosion of the outer wall of the riser. According to the location and characteristics of the annular space, filling materials with unique properties were selected. After completing the land simulation test, the repair operation into the offshore riser annulus was carried out. It can satisfy the repair operation of annular corrosion defects.
