A Study on the Modification Technology Aimed at Enhancing the Dynamic Plastic Ratio of Konjac Gum
摘要
Plant gum is a natural polysaccharide material with good viscosity increasing effect and environmental friendliness, which can be used in fracturing and drilling fluids in oil fields. However, heteroglycan konjac gum has a high viscosity increasing effect, which is not conducive to maintaining good fluidity while maintaining its carrying capacity. In this paper, konjac gum was modified with lignin, tannin, konjac gum and other plant phenols. Through infrared spectrum characterization, temperature resistance, salt resistance, inhibition and compatibility evaluation, the effect of different dosage of modified konjac gum on the rheological properties of drilling fluid was analyzed. The results showed that the addition of 2% lignin significantly improved its rheological properties, lubrication properties, and dynamic plastic ratio at 30 °C. The system e konjac gumibited good temperature resistance at 50 °C. The mechanism of its action was that after the combination of lignin and konjac gum, due to their similar structure and possible interaction between polar groups, the components could synergistically exert their respective effects, thereby effectively improving the rheological properties of the konjac gum system and enhancing the dynamic plastic ratio of the sand carrying capacity of the system.
