Experimental and Simulation Study on Preparation of Aluminum Tripolyphosphate by Microwave Heating Method
摘要
Experiments were designed to investigate the feasibility of preparing aluminum tripolyphosphate using microwave heating. The structure and morphology of the prepared samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (SSNMR). Additionally, COMSOL software was used to simulate the microwave heating process. The model incorporated a microwave electromagnetic field, temperature field, and heat conduction field. Parametric modeling compared the influence of different microwave output powers on the purity of aluminum tripolyphosphate samples using the control variable method. The results indicate that aluminum tripolyphosphate was successfully prepared using microwave heating. The samples have high crystallinity and typical lamellar micromorphology. The computer simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental findings. This work presents a novel method for preparing aluminum tripolyphosphate products.
