The role of Cyber security in a prohibited area like defense research laboratories and scientific establishments needs attention for avoid espionage, spying act. Hence there is a need of integrated visitor’s management, guiding and live tracking system for key installation. This paper describes the importance of live tracking and the system design for a robust physical cyber security. The system is tested at the Central Water and Power Research station, Pune, for improvement in the visitor’s management system. The system is simple, easy to operate and cost effective as compared to commercial applications. This system uses GPS location for tracking the visitor and uses pywhat kit for sending notification on whatsapp.
