A Study on the Sensing for On-Line Monitoring of Transformer Oil Insulation
摘要
Up to date, an increasing interest arises on in online sensing detection technology for transformer equipment to better evaluate the electrical characteristics and status of electrical equipment. Volume resistivity of transformer oil is an important parameter that can reflect the oil-electric insulation characteristics of transformer, and is widely used in off-line detection of transformer oil quality. Based on sensing technology, this paper analyzes the electrical characteristics of a coaxial electrode structure in transformer oil with different volume resistivity by using three samples. Through the simulation experiment of the electrode and the experimental study of the sensor, the change of the current density under different sizes is compared, and the influence of the sensor electrode structure on the output voltage is studied. The results show that the sensor can distinguish transformer oil with different volume resistivity values well, and realize the insulation detection of transformer oil.At the same time, it is found that changing the inner electrode radius pair is more sensitive to current density and output voltage than the length, which can provide a reference for the development of the subsequent online detection sensor for transformer oil insulation.
