In this study, perfluorooctane triethoxysilane was used to modify cuttlefish powder and silicon dioxide. Then silicone gel, PVC particles, modified cuttlefish powder and silicon dioxide were used to prepare coatings. Finally, the coating with composite micro/nano structure surface was prepared by scraping method. The coating has a contact angle of 154° and a rolling Angle of 5°, reaching a super hydrophobic state. According to the experiment of delayed icing, the freezing time of the coating is up to 368s. In this paper, the photothermal deicing time of the coated surface without photothermal conversion material was measured at 25 ℃ and the simulated light intensity was 1 kW/m2. The photothermal deicing time was reduced to 70 ± 7 s when cuttlefish powder was added to the coated surface as a photothermal conversion material. In addition, the coating exhibits excellent chemical stability, mechanical robustness, field repair and self-cleaning capabilities.
