Design and Application of Torque Motor Direct Drive Towing System

To cope with the growing demand for high precision and high reliability of servo motor systems in the marine industry, this paper designs a torque motor direct drive towing system. The system adopts a four-quadrant operation mode and realizes the precise control of the mechanical energy output of the motor under test by means of power dynamometer loading. The system consists of key components such as leveling iron plate, loaded torque motor, reducer, torque sensor, etc. The software is based on WIN 10 platform and written in Visual C + + programming. The system focuses on the testing of torque motor performance indexes, realizes the synchronous multi-channel acquisition of torque, speed, voltage and current data of torque motor, and has the functions of real-time processing, displaying and storing key data such as output power and efficiency. The hardware structure of the system is stable and reliable, with strong anti-interference ability, and the software interactive interface is simple, friendly and efficient. After the actual test, the system can accurately, efficiently and conveniently complete the performance characteristic test of torque motor, which provides a reliable and efficient solution for the servo system of the ship, and helps to promote the progress and development of the ship technology.
