Tubular multilayer dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is a novel method for generating non-equilibrium plasma. This paper constructs an experimental platform for tubular multilayer dielectric barrier discharge (TM-DBD) and measures the electrical parameters of the DBD reactor. Based on the analysis of the micro-discharge process, it establishes an electrical simulation model of the equivalent circuit controlled by the voltage controlled current source (VCCS). This paper establishes a dynamic simulation model by using MATLAB Simulink, and obtains the corresponding Lissajous figures through simulation calculations. By comparing the experimental and simulation data of discharge power and Lissajous figures at different discharge voltage amplitudes, the validity of the model established in this paper is verified.
