Study of Eddy Current Loss in Hollow Core Conductor of Evaporative Internal Cooling Wind Power Generator
摘要
Aiming at the stator coil structure of the evaporatively cooled wind turbine, this paper proposes a method to reduce its eddy current loss, and simplifies the hollow conductor calculation on the original analytical calculation formula to make the analytical calculation easier. In order to verify the accuracy of the analytical calculation method, we verify it through electromagnetic simulation. Electromagnetic simulation requires the establishment of relevant models, three-dimensional model of the transposed conductor is difficult to build, this paper proposes a new method, using a two-dimensional model, combined with the external circuit to give current excitation to obtain the AC resistance coefficient of the transposed conductor. Finally, by comparing the experimental results obtained by the two methods, the errors are within a reasonable range, and after 360° transposition, the loss of the hollow conductor is reduced by 64.5% and 76.2% at 50Hz and 100Hz, respectively, which provides an effective method to reduce the stator loss of evaporative intercooled wind motors.
