For the traditional detection device in distribution network, it is impossible to observe and analyze the distribution and propagation characteristics of the distribution network anomaly from a macro perspective. The paper develops a synchronous measurement unit for the distribution network based on time series data correlation with a data fusion based parameter identification method. The unit uses a new induction power extraction device supplemented by a super capacitor for energy supply, as well as the Rogowski coil to collect the line current, and measures the phase voltage to ground according to the principle of stray capacitance voltage divider and collects the voltage signals. The results from field experiment prove the practicability of the unit and the accuracy of measuring the energy supply.
