Addressing the configuration issues of electrical energy storage and thermal energy storage in DC microgrid systems, this paper aims at system economy and proposes a two-stage improved algorithm that considers coordinated optimization of configuration and operation. Firstly, the optimal capacity parameters are obtained through an enhanced NSGA-II algorithm, followed by an analysis and discussion of the configuration and operation results of electrical and thermal energy storage for four typical days. The results demonstrate that appropriately configuring the capacities of electrical and thermal energy storage can reduce system costs.
