A Synchronous Power and Data Transmission Method for High-Speed Rotating Transmission Shaft Monitoring System Based on Shaft End Grounding Characteristics
摘要
With the development of intelligent ship technology, electrical field coupled wireless power transfer (EC-WPT) technology is gradually applied to the monitoring system of high-speed rotating parts such as ship transmission shaft. In addition, the status information collected by the drive shaft monitoring system needs to be transmitted back to the ground end for data processing and analysis to evaluate the use status of the drive shaft system and ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. At the same time, the control information of the power supply system also needs real-time data interaction between the sender and the receiver, so the corresponding research is carried out around simultaneous dynamic wireless power and data transfer (SDWPDT). In this paper, a topology structure for synchronous energy and signal transmission of EC-WPT system at ship axle end is presented. Under ideal conditions, only a pair of signal plates need to be added to achieve zero crosstalk between power and signal transmission, the power transmission of the system is not affected by the signal channel, and the high-speed half-duplex transmission of the signal channel is realized. The correctness of the theory is verified by simulation.
