Simulation and Performance Analysis of Output Voltage Characteristics of Sixfold Rectifier Circuit

DC high-voltage gas pedal is a kind of gas pedal using a DC high-voltage electric field to accelerate charged particles, which needs to be provided with accelerating voltage and energy by a DC high-voltage power supply, and the doubling rectifier circuit serves as the central component of the DC high voltage power supply., and its output performance directly determines the performance of the DC high-voltage gas pedal. In this paper, the working principles of seven kinds of six-fold voltage rectifier circuits are introduced in turn, and the output voltage characteristics of seven kinds of six-fold voltage rectifier circuits are analyzed through Simulink simulation. For the Schenker doubling rectifier circuit, the influence of signal source frequency, stage capacitance, loads and distribution capacitance on the output voltage characteristics of the circuit is simulated and analyzed, and the output voltages of the seven six-fold voltage rectifier circuits are compared and analyzed. The output voltage, output voltage ripple, and output voltage entry time to steady state are compared and analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the seven six-fold voltage rectifier circuits and their applications are summarized, which provides the basis of power supply design for the neutron source DC high-voltage gas pedal of the boron neutron capture therapy device.
