Current Unbalance Compensation and Harmonics Suppression in Dual Three-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with Active Disturbance Rejection Controller
摘要
In addition to the nonlinear factors, the asymmetry of the driver system exists during actual operation of the dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (DTP-PMSM), which leads to a large number of harmonics in the motor phase current, increases the system loss and causes torque ripple of motor. In this paper, the phase current imbalance caused by system parameter asymmetry is analyzed based on the consideration of the nonlinear factors of actual system. To improve the ability of current unbalance compensation and harmonics suppression, the mathematical model of DTP-PMSM drive system considering the disturbance such as motor parameter mismatch is constructed. A four-dimensional current vector control strategy based on active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) is proposed, which can achieve full frequency harmonics suppression and current unbalance compensation under different working conditions. The current loop transfer function of DTP-PMSM drive system is derived, and the reason why ADRC has better suppression effect of harmonics and torque ripple with PI controller is analyzed. The experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
