Distributed Resource Transferable Regulation Capability Evaluation and Optimization Dispatch Strategy in Distribution Networks
摘要
The flexible regulation capability of distributed resources in the distribution network is limited by constraints such as network line capacity and node voltage. It is crucial to reasonably evaluate their transferable regulation capability and formulate optimization dispatch strategies to improve the flexibility of the distribution network. Firstly, based on the Distflow model, this paper establishes a distribution network model considering line flow constraints and node voltage constraints. Then, the distributed resource operation model is combined with the distribution network model, and optimization methods for evaluating the transferable up/down regulation capability of distributed resources are proposed for both single and multiple time periods. Furthermore, when the distribution network is given a target power regulation curve, an optimization dispatch strategy for coordinating distributed resources in the network is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified through case studies, providing a reference for the evaluation of regulation capability and the formulation of operation strategies for distributed resources in the distribution networks.
