Distributed photovoltaics integration into the distribution network is conducive to energy consumption and storge. Photovoltaic has the characteristics of fluctuations. In the distribution network, photovoltaic power fluctuations superposed on the load fluctuations, low power factor, nonlinearity, and severe three-phase imbalance, which aggravate power quality issues of the grid. The device integrates the grid-connected converter and energy storage can solve power fluctuations effectively, and it has great significance on the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. This paper study the topology and system control strategy of the integrated power flow controller, to solve the issues of power fluctuations of distribution networks with photovoltaic integration. An improved moving average filter (MAF) algorithm of power fluctuations with consideration of state of charge is proposed to smooth the power fluctuations. This method improves the extraction performance and the smoothing effect of power fluctuation and the efficiency of storge. And the simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed method.
