High-yielding cultures are crucial for optimizing the production processes, lowering the costs, and enhancing the efficiency of biotechnological applications. The analytical techniques used for screening of high yielding cultures must be sensitive, precise, and capable of handling complex biological matrices. Phytochemical profiling offers a comprehensive overview of bioactive compounds present in cultured plant tissues, providing insights into their potential medicinal and therapeutic applications. TLC and HPTLC serve as efficient, cost-effective methods for the initial separation and visualization of these metabolites, aiding in the rapid identification of diverse phytochemicals. GC and HPLC, more advanced technique, facilitates precise separation, quantification, and identification of secondary metabolites with high sensitivity and accuracy. Spectroscopic methods complement these techniques by enabling detailed structural elucidation and functional group analysis of the isolated compounds. The integration of these techniques provides a comprehensive and accurate assessment of the phytochemical constituents in plant tissue cultures, which is essential for understanding their potential therapeutic properties and applications. The findings from this study contribute to the advancement of natural product research, offering valuable insights into the phytochemical diversity and bioactive potential of plant tissue cultures.
