Current tracking PWM pulse controller is an important technology for power drive, especially for motor drive. The common current tracking PWM pulse controllers use dead time control for the upper and lower bridge arms, which is complicated in structure and low in efficiency. In this paper, two types of current tracking PWM pulse controllers, EcPWM and LnPWM pulse controllers, are proposed for error control and narrow pulse limiting, each of which is divided into three forms, namely, hard switch, composite buffer switch and flexible switch, and the upper and lower bridge arms are controlled by dead space control, which are all implemented by analogue circuits based on op-amps with simple structure and high efficiency, and they can be used to transform the power supply, It has the characteristics of simple structure and high efficiency, which is of great significance to the engineering design and application of power control system such as power conversion, motor control, and so on.
