Study on the Effect of Humidity in Underground Environment on the Abrasion of Immersed-Metal Carbon Skateboards
摘要
Aiming at the underground rigid contact network and carbon skateboard pantograph wear outstanding problems, this paper carries out the environmental humidity on carbon skateboard wear research. Using the friction and wear test device to simulate the underground operating conditions, by changing the environmental humidity in the closed environment, the study of the underground environmental humidity on the wear of the skateboard. The results show that: under certain working conditions, when the relative humidity is lower than 50%, there are adhesive wear and abrasive wear, and the wear of carbon skateboard is more serious, accompanied by deep cracks; when the relative humidity is between 50% and 60%, the carbon skateboard wear is the smallest, and the wear reaches the smallest when the relative humidity is 55%, which is 1.56g/10000km; when the relative humidity is higher than 60%, the oxidation reaction is more intense, and the carbon skateboard wear is also more serious. Carbon slide wear is also more serious.
