Based on “The Indicators for National First-Class Curriculum Evaluation Index (Social Practice Category),” this paper designs “The First-Class Curriculum-Oriented Student Satisfaction Questionnaire for Practical Courses” and focuses on students studying e-commerce majors at Shanghai Sanda University. Using factor analysis and linear regression methods to empirically analyze the factors impacting student satisfaction in practical courses, it was discovered that the most significant factors affecting student satisfaction are instructional design and course effectiveness. In decreasing order of influence, the other factors impacting student satisfaction are course content, course orientation, and course implementation. Implementing appropriate measures in these four areas can enhance student satisfaction with practical courses.
