Mechanical transportation provides great convenience to life, and this paper takes the short-distance conveying vehicle as the object of study. Firstly, the model of the short-distance conveyor cart was created by SolidWorks modeling software. Next, the whole vehicle was meshed with the finite element software Workbench, and the stress-strain under different boundary conditions was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The finite element simulation results show that the vibration frequency and stress magnitude of the designed trolley do not exceed the permissible values under various working conditions and meet the requirements of use.
