摘要

While the integration of technology into nursing education holds transformative potential, it faces distinct challenges in regions like Gaza, Palestine. This study investigates the attitudes, experiences, and barriers to technology adoption among nursing educators, administrators, and students in Gaza. Employing semi-structured interviews with sixteen purposively sampled nurses, we conducted a thematic analysis to explore their views and experiences. The study highlights significant enthusiasm for the potential benefits of technology in enhancing educational methodologies, but with notable concerns regarding inadequate infrastructure and cultural constraints. Findings suggest that effective technological integration in nursing education requires strategic policy interventions and fostering of collaborative partnerships. Recommendations include addressing infrastructure challenges, promoting digital equity, and developing supportive regulatory frameworks to improve educational outcomes for nursing students in Palestine.
