Research on the Learning Adaptability and Learning Effectiveness of College Students Under the Background of Digital Education

In the context of digital transformation in education, student learning adaptability and learning effectiveness are important indicators for measuring the quality of higher education teaching. By studying the correlation between student learning adaptability and learning effectiveness in a digital education environment, we analyze the relevant factors that affect learning effectiveness, providing an accurate scientific basis for improving students’ online learning adaptability, ensuring the quality of education and teaching in the new environment, and promoting the process of digital transformation in education. Based on the analysis of questionnaire survey data on the learning adaptability and learning effectiveness of 2,373 students in Grade 2023 of a vocational college in western China, a structural equation model was constructed to explore the positive predictive relationship between learning adaptability and learning effectiveness. Through cluster analysis, the survey subjects were classified into five categories: skilled technology, active participation, passive adaptation, adaptation difficulties, and resistance to change. Combined with the research results, the following implications are drawn: the implementation of personalized teaching strategies; the integration of technology into curriculum design; the optimization and innovation of learning resources; and the multidimensional evaluation of learning effectiveness.
