摘要

The power market’s construction necessitates taking into account the link between medium and long-term transactions to the spot market during its transition phase. The purpose of this article is to assess the compatibility and unification between the electricity spot market and the medium to long-term transaction market, and to propose a dual-chain transaction structure to guarantee the safety and adaptability of transactions. A new power transaction model is devised to guarantee that both sides in the transaction are apportioning electricity with the aim of maximizing the interests of both, due to the unequal allotment of electricity between the spot and medium to long-term markets. The blockchain’s credit data, coupled with the power balance constraint, allows for the screening of the relevant transaction parties and confirmation of the transaction price after the Electricity distribution. Subsequently, a series of smart contracts are created to address the trust issues caused by central institutions’ interference in traditional transactions, and guarantee the reliability and steadiness of transaction data through a consensus process.
