In this chapter, the author combs the creation, innovation and development process of grey system theory. It’s a story for scholars engaged in grey system theory research how to promote a new uncertainty system research branch of the grey system theory to the international academic stage through international cooperation and the cultivation of high-level professionals, strengthening the construction of original courses and teaching resources, focusing on the construction and development of domestic and international academic organizations, organizing domestic and international academic conferences, and creating high-level international academic journals. As an introduction, the author will introduce the elementary concepts, the fundamental principles and the main contents of grey system theory.
