The Salesforce CRM-based Leave Management System, presented in our research paper, introduces a contemporary solution for efficient employee leave administration. Titled “Leave Tracker,” the application seamlessly integrates with Salesforce CRM, revolutionizing the traditional manual leave management process. Users can effortlessly register or log in, initiating automated handling of leave data, requests, and allocations. The system accommodates various leave types in alignment with company policies. Departing from the paperwork-laden and error-prone manual approach, our research advocates for automation through Leave Tracker. Leveraging Lightning Web Components for the frontend and Apex for the backend, the application ensures a streamlined leave management experience. The user-friendly interface features “My Leaves” for simplified leave applications and “Leave Requests” for managerial decision-making. A centralized “Add” button facilitates the straightforward addition of new leaves. Our research emphasizes the development and deployment of Leave Tracker, offering a scalable and customizable approach to leave management, prioritizing efficiency while minimizing paperwork.
