A Performance Parameter Testing Device for Small-Sized Servo Motors Based on FOC Constant Torque Load Control

Small-sized servo motors are important components widely used in the industrial field, and the testing of servo motors in China mostly relies on manual labor, which have resulted in problems such as low efficiency and large errors. This paper designs a comprehensive performance testing device for small-sized servo motors, achieving automated testing. In view of the problem that the traditional FOC control algorithm cannot achieve constant torque quantitative adjustment, this paper proposes a constant torque control method based on FOC, achieving controllable and adjustable load torque. This paper discusses in detail the testing requirements, structural design, hardware, software design and functional composition of the small-sized servo motor comprehensive performance testing device. The device has been applied to the comprehensive performance testing of small-sized servo motors, with simple operation, high efficiency and stability.
