An Exoskeleton Electrical System with Multi-protection

Knee exoskeleton system is a kind of human knee power equipment, its main function is to enable the wearer to get the torque of the knee power in the process of walking, running, climbing and other sports, so as to improve the movement and load capacity of the wearer. According to the characteristics of the knee exoskeleton system, the functional requirements of the knee exoskeleton electrical system were researched. Through research, it has been found that in addition to the basic functions that need to be implemented, necessary electrical protection, status monitoring, and so on. Based on the design requirements, it is concluded that the design goal of the exoskeleton electrical system is to have both protection function and condition monitoring function, and to simplify as much as possible. Based on this design goal, a detailed design of the exoskeleton electrical system was carried out and experimental verification was completed.
