Transient Safety Control for Inverter-Based Microgrids with Stochastic Uncertainties

This paper focuses on ensuring the safety of voltage and frequency control for inverter-based microgrids with stochastic model uncertainties. By introducing stochastic control barrier functions and incorporating them as constraints into a quadratic programming optimization problem, the safe operation of the power system is ensured almost surely. A stochastic barrier certificate learning algorithm is proposed for solving the safety controller design problem. Finally, a simulation with three distributed generators is used to verify the theoretical results.
