Testability Design and Verification of Typical Functional Links of CNI System
摘要
Aiming at the challenges of testability design and verification technology brought by the generalization of communication, navigation and identification (CNI) system resource modules, the dynamic configuration of channel resources, and the complexity of signal transmission. This paper analyzes and studies the basic composition, working principle and typical functional faults of the CNI system functional link, summarizes and analyzes the corresponding detailed testability design, and proposes an adaptive fault injection method and measurement method for typical fault modes. The method is used to realize the fault injection of a certain type of CNI system. The analysis results show that the method can provide guidance for the subsequent testability verification of the CNI system, improve the method of fault hardware simulation, and improve the work efficiency.
