Load Matching Design and Multi-objective Optimization of Helicopter EHA

In recent years, more-electric technology has been gradually introduced into the aviation field, which shows higher maintainability than the traditional hydraulic system. In this paper, a load matching method is proposed for the preliminary design of helicopter EHA. Firstly, reasonably match the power curve and the load curve to ensure the output capacity is sufficient; secondly, determine the optimization design process by establishing the reasonable estimation models; and finally calculate all the parameters based on the optimal solution combination, which is generated by the multi-objective optimization algorithm.
