Digital Twin-Based Machinability Reasoning for Machined Parts
摘要
With the increasing digitization of workshops and the rising demand for customized manufacturing products, manufacturing enterprises need to rapidly configure workshop manufacturing resources to respond to a rapidly changing market environment. Judging the machinability of parts is a crucial step in this process. This paper proposes a method for constructing a digital twin model of manufacturing resources based on ISO standards, supporting batch instantiation, and clearly expressing the basic and capability information of manufacturing resources. By summarizing decision knowledge from process standards and manuals, we have developed an expert system-based machinability inference system for mechanical parts. Finally, we demonstrated the automatic determination of part machinability through practical examples, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. This method enables the rapid identification of suitable workshop facilities before part processing, thereby shortening the product cycle.
